John Pierce
John has been in his current position as a Help Desk Supervisor for the Department of the Army for 4 years.  His career in service and support has spanned more than 15 years combined, between active military service and as a DoD civilian.  He has been an active member of the HDI community since 2007.  John was a leading member in the efforts to re-start the TriHDI chapter and elected as its first new President. He holds industry standard certifications at the ITIL v3 Foundation and Intermediate levels and is currently pursuing the HDI Support Center Director’s certification.
Brandon Barbour
VP Finance
Brandon is the Customer Support Center Manager for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. He has worked in IT customer support for 11 years. He started as a desktop support technician for DuPont in Fayetteville, NC. He then worked at the NC State Univeristy Help Desk, starting as a tier 1 consultant and working up to their Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. He has a real passion for customer support and understand the importance of the support center for any business. Brandon has a BA in Political Science from NC State University, and he holds the HDI certification for Support Center Team Lead.

John Blaton
VP Membership
John is the Manager of Technical Support staffing for Robert Half Technology in Raleigh, NC.  He assists local small and medium businesses with their project and contract based IT staffing needs. He has been in IT staffing since 2011 and has a BS from the University of Arizona. He enjoys working with IT professionals and building relationships to help solve customer support related projects. John has worked with organizations ranging from a few employees in size all the way to thousands.

Tim Doty
VP Social Media
Tim is the Manager of AIS (Americas Infrastructure Services).  He is responsible for management of the outsourced US Help Desk, which supports multiple location across the United States.  Tim is also responsible for the local desktop support team in Sanford, NC.  Tim and his team support technicians support 900+ users at this facility.
