April 2013 Meeting – TriHDI.com

Focus on the Target: Organizational Health

A function of cohesive leadership and aligned execution

Tuesday April 2, 1PM – 3PM

Holiday Inn Express
3741 Thistledown Drive
Raleigh, NC 27606

Learn about the importance of one score – one team, multiple “languages” – one goal by cultivating a framework for establishing a cohesive leadership team allowing for business — IT alignment.  Using an organization health approach, we can build and maintain a cohesive leadership team, establishing clarity, communicating that clarity and putting in place just enough structure to reinforce that clarity.  An organization is healthy when it is whole, consistent, and complete and when its management, operations and culture are unified.
