Dinner: Rosemary Roasted Chicken Breast, Caesar Salad, Vegetable Lasagna, Antipasto alla Caprese (Fresh Mozzarella, Roma Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Kalamata Olives and fresh Basil), Garden Vegetable Medley, Fresh Baked Rolls, and Soft Drinks.
TriHDI CHALLENGE: Rev up your competitive juices, and get ready to compete on a series of D&B games! We will be broken down into teams to compete against one another, on games, such as Daytona USA (Simulator Car Racing). The team with the highest overall score wins! This team building activity focuses on building camaraderie, with secondary focusses on enhancing communication and collaboration.
